To register to become a recipient of parliamentary prayer requests via Prayer Mail, permission to be the contact person for your church is needed from your church elders. You must also agree to use the prayer requests for the purposes of prayer only and not for dissemination to other people or organisations. Having done that, please apply by downloading the following application form (in PDF format), completing it fully and posting it to the mailing address below.
