In 1993 Lynne Klomp co-founded the Parliamentary Prayer Network. This marketplace ministry is now part of HeavenActs; heaven touching earth through you by the power of the Holy Spirit. Over two decades this ministry has touched the lives of many in the government mountain; individuals such as Members of Parliament and the wider church through the prayer ministry and conferences in Parliament House. Speakers have included Rev Billy Brim, Dr Cindy Jacobs and Rev Mosy Madugba, from Nigeria.
Lynne has also worked in Australia and the UK as an early childhood teacher in both government and private schools. She met her husband Peter during a YWAM training school in Melbourne. While living in the UK she also worked at the Jubilee Centre, Cambridge. She also helped establish the successful national business Seminars Australia, which was run until June 2012 by her husband Peter. In 2000 Lynne published the book ‘Australian Tapestry’. Lynne is an ordained minister of the gospel. She completed a Doctorate of Ministry from the Christian Leadership University in June 2011. Now residing in Sydney, Lynne and Peter lived in Canberra for twenty two years. They have 3 children; Natalie, Gabrielle and Alexander. As a family they attend Jubilee International Church, Waverley. Lynne is a member of the International Coalition of Apostles.
Lynne has been groomed by God to minister to persons who are serving in government. Through the years she has relentlessly sought out and prayed for these persons in a quiet yet effective manner that has encouraged and uplifted them. Lynne became a person that leaders could trust. For years she has served Parliament House and the leaders of government with integrity, strength of character, and a commitment before God to see His Wisdom guide each one of them in a pathway of righteousness.
- Apostle Naomi Dowdy, Singapore
Lynne has been the instigator of prayer across the nation for our State and Federal Parliamentarians. Lynne is passionate about the Kingdom of God and desires to see the younger generation some into their full inheritance. She is a woman of trust, compassion, integrity, purpose and honour.

Alexander is the youngest member of the Heavenacts ministry team, completing his Year 12 studies in NSW at The Scots College in 2012. He is currently intending to undergo study at the University of Sydney in 2013. A son of Peter and Lynne Klomp, Alexander has had the opportunity to coattail Lynne during many of the meetings, missions and adventures throughout Parliament House. Having worked with PPN for many years in the office and in outreach, Alexander is now beginning to step out in his own ministry capacity with Heavenacts, having previously been only involved with the management and administration of events and programs organised by the ministry.
